At Afiaa Parfum, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The product is returned in the same condition it was received.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tested perfume products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos of the issue.
Upon verification, we will offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Full refund
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened perfume bottles
- Used products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Promotional or clearance items
